Transforming a business through LXD

This project involved developing learning experiences for a multinational BPO and business solutions company. The aim was to facilitate more than 60,000 employees to transition to new systems with minimal disruption to daily tasks and processes. We utilized a solution-oriented and analytically-driven, blended approach to educate the employees about processes and technology adoption.
