A major US healthcare management application wanted to migrate their legacy system to cloud. They also wanted to ensure that the end-users adapt to this new application with minimal training intervention. I conducted audience research and found that end users of the application vary in terms of process roles, responsibilities, and geography of operation requiring individual training curricula. The training had to be flexible enough to be customized for different states.

The solution for all these problems were to create a modular training for onboarding and an online help to provide just-in-time learning. In all, 25 hours of learning content, chunked to modules that had an average length of 7 minutes. The design of the learning modules were created so that they are easily adaptable for the different learner types and relevant for customized versions of the application.
